Frida Sander has specialised in the fields of Alternative Investments and fund formation for 20 years. Her clients include some of the largest institutional investors in the Nordics, as well as well-known founder/management teams and investment banks. Regular assignments include acting for institutional investors on the global market (primarily Europe and the US) for alternative investments within such fields as real estate, infrastructure, credits, buyout, venture capital, fund of funds and secondary funds. Patrik Brage

Patrik Brage specialises in real estate M&A and commercial real estate law. He primarily advises on transaction‑related real estate matters and has extensive experience assisting investors, developers and property owners throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate assets.
