Peter Fauerholdt Thommesen
Partner, attorney Peter Fauerholdt Thommesen is one of Denmark's leading experts in construction and procurement law. Peter is a partner in Plesner's Construction team and for many years he has been involved in some of the most complex construction disputes in Denmark. Peter enjoys working with his younger colleagues in the Construction team, but also with his colleagues in Plesner's Litigation team where he draws on specific competences, in particular in respect to international disputes. Peter holds a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen which has been supplemented with a Master of Law from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Denmark. Peter is also a certified arbitrator and a certified mediator. Peter was president of the Danish Bar and Law Society from 2015 to 2021.
