Rüdiger Pansch, partner, works principally in the fields of patent law, trade mark and registered design law. Sara Bandehzadeh, LL.M. Dr Sascha Dethof is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises on all issues of German and European Antitrust Law, including the new challenges posed by digitalisation (B2B internet platforms, price-related algorithms, blockchain) and on questions of Investment Auditing Law. His many years of experience include cartel investigations by the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office, the preparation and submission of leniency applications and assistance during searches by the cartel authorities. He also regularly advises companies on compliance issues. This includes the design and implementation of cost-efficient compliance programmes, including training measures, conducting audits and drafting guidelines and company brochures. He conducts actions for damages after cartel violations (follow-on) and advises companies on Distribution Cartel Law issues, i.e. dealer and supplier agreements.
