Dr Simon Assion, CIPP/E is a Partner in the Fieldfisher offices in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, where he advises on Technology and Information Law. He advises companies on all aspects of Information, Communications and Technology Law. He also represents companies in court, in negotiations and in dealings with authorities. His aim is to provide not only answers but also solutions to all legal questions relating to the information society. He is familiar with all relevant laws and areas of law, including in particular Data Protection and Data Law, Telecommunications Law, and Media and Competition Law. Many of his cases and projects break new legal ground, e.g. because they involve a new technology or business model, or because a new law is being created.
