With in-depth knowledge of the evolving energy regulatory framework, including RES, storage, and offshore projects, she advises clients on regulatory and permitting matters throughout the project lifecycle. She has extensive experience in due diligence and risk assessment activities in relation to acquisition and financing of energy projects. Efstathia is actively involved in M&A transactions and project development, including drafting transaction documentation and advising on corporate and commercial law issues. In addition, she is engaged in drafting and negotiating project agreements in the construction sector.
