Dr. Nasser, a partner in the law firm, is an expert in planning and construction, real estate, and public law. Dr. Nasser holds a PhD in philosophy from the Tel Aviv University for a thesis that he wrote in the School of Law on the law’s role in planning and construction proceedings in the Arab sector, a treatise that is valued as one of the leading works on urban planning in Israel.
