In his work, Jan likes to advocate for our beautiful Limburg countryside. His areas of focus are therefore planning and environmental law, area development and government liability. Jan has extensive experience as a litigator in administrative law and litigates regularly before the Dutch Council of State. For example, he has been involved in various regional development projects, permit procedures for IPPC companies and major soil and surface water contamination cases.
