Hanna Beyer Olaussen

Hanna Beyer Olaussen is a technology lawyer who works with strategic consulting, contracts, M&A, disputes, and IT procurement. She is an expert in intellectual property law, marketing law, consumer protection, and IT, and has very extensive experience in these areas. Hanna assists companies with the commercialization and protection of technology, including digital solutions. Hanna Lundeberg Raanes

Associate. Hanna Lundeberg Raanes works with public procurement, competition law, and construction law, with a special focus on dispute resolution. Hanna has within a short period of time, Hanna has worked with a number of procurement law issues in several industries, including the automotive industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the financing industry and the construction industry. She also has experience in court cases, including interim injunctions and main hearings, concerning i.e. the rejection of suppliers and the cancellation of competitions. Partner Hanne Heltne is specialized in technology and intellectual property rights, with extensive experience and significant expertise in this area. She assists with everything from negotiating agreements, securing rights, and providing support in rights disputes and M&A, and brings business competence from several sectors. Heltne has broad experience in technology development projects, complex rights agreements, licensing agreements and collaboration agreements, IT contracts, AI, innovation, marketing law, as well as enforcement and commercialization of rights. Hanne Rustad Gundersrud

Hanne specialises in compliance and crisis management. She joined Wikborg Rein from a large global law firm with headquarters in London. In addition to her Norwegian legal qualification, she is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. Hanne has broad expertise within the field of compliance, with particular focus on investigations (internal and external) with an international angle, corporate criminal liability, human rights and responsible business, anti-corruption work and sanctions. As a solicitor in London, Hanne supported large, listed companies that were subject to investigation by various supervisory authorities, including the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Conduct Authority.
