Isak Mendoza

Isak specialises in IT contracts and related regulatory fields. He works on larger and medium-sized IT projects and IT procurements, including drafting and negotiation of outsourcing contracts, cloud service agreements, various XaaS contracts, operational services agreements, and development contracts. He also provides advice in related areas such as data rights, security, AI, marketing law, e-commerce, and telecommunications. Isak also has experience with general and specific compliance projects related to GDPR and other regulatory fields, as well as tech M&A.
