Arvid was involved in the preparation of the legislation regarding reconsideration of hydropower and the application of environmental quality standards for water, which entered into force on 1 January 2019 by assisting a number of social actors in negotiations with the Ministry of the Environment. Arvid is a very experienced lecturer and holds lectures on environmental quality standards and water operations.
