One of Bruno's main focuses is the daily advice to Banco Itaú Uruguay in the implementation of loans to the Bank's clients, in the enforcement and recovery of assets in bankruptcy proceedings and debt restructuring, assisting Banco Itaú Uruguay in numerous litigations. He has advised Banco Itaú with respect to asset recovery, obtaining a high recovery rate in several proceedings. He also participates in the restructuring of debts of the bank's clients. In antitrust matters, he participates in complaints as either a plaintiff or defendant, prepares for investigations, assists with merger notifications, and advises both sellers and buyers.
