Zachary Proulx

Zachary Proulx is a litigator who represents clients in complex commercial disputes and insolvency-related matters. Zachary handles financial institution litigation, insolvency litigation, and other high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts. He advises clients across a broad range of industries and at all stages of civil litigation. Partner Zach has significant experience acting on a wide range of complex and high value commercial disputes. In recent years, Zach has participated in several trials in the Business and Property Courts, as well as hearings in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, on a variety of different legal issues. Zach is regularly involved in multi-party cases (including group litigation), often with cross-border elements. Zachary Song

Zachary Song is experienced in conducting international arbitrations and advising on disputes in the construction sectors, as well as general commercial arbitrations. Zachary is a New York-qualified lawyer who lived in New York, Singapore, Seoul, and Bangkok. He has a proven track record of representing Asian and international clients before international arbitral institutions globally, including the LCIA, SIAC, ICDR, ICC, SCC, as well as ad hoc tribunals.
