Yacov Cohen is one of our founding partners and Head of the Planning and Construction Department. Yacov operates in every aspect of real estate law and has unique expertise in planning and construction issues, business licencing, betterment levies, infrastructure, environment and handling criminal proceedings under planning and construction law and business licensing law. He has extensive experience in accompanying planning procedures within the various planning institutions, such as the National Planning and Building Council and the various district committees.
