Recent highlights include advising Zegona on an agreement with MasOrange and Telefónica to create two different FibreCo entities in Spain; INOCSA (Catalana Occidente Group) on a takeover bid for 37.97% of the company’s capital (€2.278 billion); and Jesús Núñez, founder of Alfonso X el Sabio University (UAX), on an agreement to sell together with CVC Capital Partners a majority stake in UAX (€2 billion). The firm also advised a group of creditors in the Celsa Group restructuring (€2.2 billion); Sociedad Concesionaria Metro de Lima on its victory against the Republic of Peru in an ICSID international arbitration; and Daimler on claims for damages in Spain and Portugal arising from the EC’s decision to fine truck manufacturers for their participation in a competition law infringement. ### Responsible business The firm incorporates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria in its service provision and internal management, with integrity and transparency being core values.
