Alberto Pasino has been a Partner of the Firm since its foundation. Resident Partner of the Firm’s Trieste Office since 1996, he manages the Firm’s activity in the North East of Italy. In 2006 he started up – and still collaborates with – Zunarelli’s Office in Shanghai, where he lived for a long time. He is a member of the Managing Board of the Firm. He has vast experience in litigation and arbitration with regard to terminal operator liability, multimodal, sea and land transport, international freight forwarding, recreational boating and building contracts. He was a member of the committee appointed by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transportation for the drafting of the 2005 Italian Yachting Code.
