Alberto Pasino

Alberto Pasino has been a Partner of the Firm since its foundation. Resident Partner of the Firm’s Trieste Office since 1996, he manages the Firm’s activity in the North East of Italy. In 2006 he started up – and still collaborates with – Zunarelli’s Office in Shanghai, where he lived for a long time. He is a member of the Managing Board of the Firm. He is qualified to represent Clients before the Italian Supreme Court. His main areas of practice are maritime and transport law, commercial law, civil law, litigation and arbitration. He has vast experience in litigation and arbitration with regard to terminal operator liability, multimodal, sea and land transport, international freight forwarding, recreational boating and building contracts. He advises companies in commercial, corporate and M&A matters. He also advises in the fields of direct foreign investment and of international trade with China. He was a member of the committee appointed by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transportation for the drafting of the 2005 Italian Yachting Code. He is a Court appointed expert for shipping matters. He holds seminars at university and master degree courses and is speaker at congresses on transport law, maritime law and international commercial law. Massimo Campailla

He has been a partner of Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato since 1995 and has been its national Managing Partner since 2013. He has extensive experience in maritime and transport law, international trade law, corporate, administrative and customs law. He advises port authorities, port enterprises, terminal operators, airport management companies and airports. He also advises and represents major insurance companies (in all complex insurance areas), ship-owners, carriers, port operators, freight-forwarders and logistics companies, as well as public institutions and public controlled companies. Founding Partner of Zunarelli - Studio Legale Associato. He advises major companies and institutions in the maritime, air, road, port and airport sectors, as well as in the public services, insurance and international trade sectors in Court and arbitration proceedings, and in domestic and international commercial negotiations.
