Ana Sandu
Ana is a Partner at Volciuc-Ionescu. Diana Ionescu-Tudor
Diana is a Partner at Volciuc-Ionescu, with a particular focus on real estate, as well as cross-border banking and finance and capital markets and she advises both domestic and international clients active in the real estate, energy, financial services and automotive sectors. Ranked as a rising star in the legal directories, Diana has strong expertise in the property-related aspects in the energy sector, in particular renewable energy and oil&gas, being involved in a number of domestic and cross-border transactions, coordinating legal due diligence investigations, assisting clients in securing land rights for the purpose of developing projects, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and assisting with the pre- and post-completion work.
