Tessa Robinson

Tessa has a wealth of experience in both employment and business immigration law. She advises organisations of all sizes across all sectors, specialising in companies with a global workforce. As well as advising on all aspects of employment law, she also regularly advises organisations on sponsor licence applications and business-related visas (with a 100% success rate!). With workforces being located more remotely and globally than ever before, this dual expertise places her in the unusual position of being able to provide both areas of advice to companies. She prides herself on her down-to-earth approach to employment issues, and has a particular interest in guiding organisations through what can sometimes seem like complex and onerous obligations in relation to redundancy and TUPE. She also regularly provides advice to individuals on complex disputes and exits.
