Henrik Hauge Andersen

Partner, attorney Throughout his career, Henrik Hauge Andersen has provided legal advice on construction and procurement within the building and civil engineering sector. He has acted for all parties in the construction industry, with a primary focus on property developers and consultants, while also regularly advising contractors. Henrik’s main expertise is dispute resolution. He has very extensive litigation and negotiation experience from several major court and arbitration cases in the field of construction, including cases relating to the construction of the Copenhagen Metro, local authorities and social housing associations, as well as large head office building projects, insurance cases, and all aspects of the legal position of technical consultants. Henrik Peytz (1959) is a partner with Nielsen Nørager and has more than 30 years of experience in Danish and EU competition law and general EU matters. Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe joined Gorrissen Federspiel as partner of the firm after the end of his time as Danish Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union. While fulfilling this role, Henrik contributed to solving a large amount of highly important cases, among others a great number of cases before the Grand Chamber, providing him with a thorough knowledge of and experience within EU law and EU procedural law.
