Ngoc-Hong advises large banks, brokers-dealers, asset managers, insurance companies on complex regulatory compliance matters under French and EU laws as well as on regulatory investigations and enforcement matters, in particular with the French banking and insurance regulator, the ACPR. Ngowari Adikibi acts for management companies and GPs, as well as institutional investors, in the domain of international funds creation and cross-border corporate/private equity transactions.
