Mr. Zichor has over a decade of experience in the fields of Fintech, Blockchain and cryptocurrencies. In the last decade, Mr. Zichor has supported a wide range of hi-tech companies, from start-ups in the initial growth stages, to emerging companies and unicorns, to public companies in Israel, the United States and Canada operating in a variety of fields, especially Fintech and Blockchain. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Zichor was one of the founders and leaders of the Fintech and Blockchain department (2016) in the accounting firm EY Israel and was a member of the firm's global blockchain team. Ms. Klose-Goldstein is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department, providing general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Klose-Goldstein practiced law in a boutique corporate law firm in Tel Aviv. Mrs. Vered Pilichovski Czyzyk is a partner in our Capital Markets Practice. Over the years, Mrs. Pilichovski Czyzyk gained extensive experience in various aspects of Israeli and international commercial law. Her areas of expertise include transactions, banking law, competition and concentration law, and various regulatory matters, with a particular focus on financial regulation. From 2017 to 2022, Mrs. Pilichovski Czyzyk worked at the Israel Securities Authority, where she was a member of the Corporate Department's management and headed its legal advisory unit. In this role, she managed corporate governance, reporting, and enforcement in the department, dealing with complex and significant issues in securities and corporate law, including disclosures and issuances, reporting obligations, corporate governance, transactions involving controlling shareholders, antitrust law matters, debt arrangements, credit rating, and capital market development. In 2021 and 2022, she participated in the "Financial Leaders" program, designed for public sector financial managers who influence the design and implementation of financial system regulation in Israel. Yacov Cohen
Yacov Cohen is one of our founding partners and Head of the Planning and Construction Department. Yacov operates in every aspect of real estate law and has unique expertise in planning and construction issues, business licencing, betterment levies, infrastructure, environment and handling criminal proceedings under planning and construction law and business licensing law. He has extensive experience in accompanying planning procedures within the various planning institutions, such as the National Planning and Building Council and the various district committees. Yacov also accompanies hundreds of licencing procedures for infrastructure agencies and some of the largest commercial companies in the country, including leading construction companies, and regularly appears before planning and construction committees as well as compensation and betterment tax appeal boards. He represents and appears before all judicial instances in the State of Israel, including the Supreme Court, the High Court of Justice, arbitration proceedings, proceedings before the Court of Administrative Affairs and civil proceedings in all courts. Yacov also serves as an arbitrator in civil and administrative disputes. Serving as Chief Legal Counsel to a leading communications company, he advises the company on real estate, planning and construction, litigation and property management; he accompanies the company in complex contractual agreements with authorities, government companies and some of the largest business entities in the economy. Yacov also represents the company in complex lawsuits at all instances, in discussions in the various planning committees, in matters of regulation at Knesset committees, in various legislative proceedings, and with the Ministry of Communications.
