Terje Gulbrandsen

Terje Gulbrandsen heads our M&A department and is an M&A specialist, with an emphasis on company and contract law. He has broad experience advising on domestic and international transactions (public, private and PE). In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Business and Economics. Terje further has extensive experience advising on capital market transactions, including IPOs and other offerings. He is also part of SANDS’ forensic services team, and assists clients with corporate law and transaction related investigations. Part of the firm’s Corporate/M&A department in Oslo. Primarily works with transactions/M&A as well as general corporate law and capital markets law. Thea assists both financial and industrial clients in all stages of the transaction process, from initial negotiations to signing and completion. She has worked with a wide range of clients and has assisted national and international companies on both the buy- and sell-side in complex M&A transactions. Assistance in connection with corporate transactions can relate to everything from the choice of organisational and transaction form, assistance with due diligence reviews, to advice related to the conclusion of agreements and implementation of settlements. Assists both Norwegian and international companies and organisers in connection with processes on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Thea has assisted several companies and investment banks in equity capital market transactions, including private placements and IPOs in various business sectors.
