Alejandro focuses his practice on international tax planning (with a special focus in the Latin American countries such as Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Argentina, Panama, Peru and Ecuador), corporate tax reorganizations and financing aspects of M&A transactions, and the international tax aspects of inbound and outbound investments.
