As an experienced Litigation and Dispute Resolution practitioner Jennifer Noctor plays a key role in the department advising RDJ’s clients in the area of cyber security and data protection in addition to complex large loss commercial and technology based litigation. Jenny is a Partner practising in RDJ'S Healthcare Litigation team. She advises clients in the defence of medical negligence claims acting for both public and private hospitals, instructed by the State Claims Agency and private insurers. She specialises in managing high value and complex cerebral palsy birth claims and catastrophic injury claims and has represented several hospitals and clinicians in these claims advising on all matters including liability, quantum, interim payments, and the rate of return.
