Sarah-Ann specialises in contract law, focusing on supply- and EPC contracts within the energy, offshore, oil & gas, infrastructure and aquaculture projects. Sarah-Ann has extensive experience drafting and performing risk assessments of contracts, particularly within the offshore supply industry in Norway and abroad, and also within large onshore construction projects. She works with private and public clients in entering into and executing contracts within large construction and modification projects.
